Placing an order is very simple:

  • Select the products you wish to purchase and click on Add to Cart.

  • Choose the payment method (credit card, bank transfer or Paypal).

To change the shipping address associated with your account, simply log in to the site, click on log in and then on personal data. At this point you can change your data. Remember to click on Edit to save the changes.

Delivery is generally made 48 to 72 business hours after purchase.

No, registration is not essential for the purchase.

You can register by clicking on the buttonProfile  or on the shopping cart page at the time of purchase. Once you have filled out the form and confirmed the purchase, your account will be created automatically.

On the Home Page click on  Profile  and enter the e-mail address and personal password you defined during registration on the site.

You can change them by logging in and accessing the My Account area.

Don’t worry, you can easily create a new password: Click onPassword recovery  and enter your e-mail address in Forgot your password. We will send you by e-mail the link to a page, where you can set a new password.


If the purchased product has defects, please report the problem to our Customer care who will be at your disposal to agree on how to replace the product. If the replacement is not possible, we will refund the amount paid.
